I'm Orki, and TinWhistleTab is a one-person project. I add the tabs, make the backing tracks, build the practice tools like Play Mode, and read every message that comes in.
All of it is free to use, with no paywall and no account needed to read a tab. I want it to stay that way, because a free tab is often the thing that gets someone to pick the whistle up in the first place. Hosting, the database and email all cost money every month, though, so if the site has given you something, here is how you can give a little back.

Share a tab, tell your teacher
Most people find the site because somebody sent them a link. Send a tab to a friend who is learning, drop one in your session's group chat, or mention the site to a music teacher who needs classroom tunes. Every tab has a PNG you can print or pass around too.

Tell me what you want to play next. Requests go on a public board, other players upvote them, and the most wanted tunes get tabbed first. Upvoting someone else's request helps just as much.
